The iconic Apple has been growing exponentially during the last decade, and it is great to see a stable economy and system, but what about sustainability?

The game of going green is not simple, but for those big companies, sustainability represents a complete challenge. It all started in 2012 when the company disposed of over 4.8 million pounds of waste. Things would be a lot different if it were about money, but they were all concerned since this number represented the pounds of electronic waste.

The entire world is surprised and anxious about all the possible upcoming technological advancements. Companies are also looking to adopt, adjust and actualize to new technology trends that could be helpful to reduce time, costs, and waste produced by all those manufacturing processes.

If someone told me the world would face a pandemic a year ago, I would not have believed it. The pandemic has caused multiple struggles, but it has also increased the demand for IT equipment. At this point, it is almost impossible to continue quarantined, but many families continue working and studying from home because they want to maintain social distancing.

Filter Out Abusive Messages

Our life would never be the same without posting pictures on Instagram, writing our thoughts on Twitter, or sharing memes on Facebook. Social media plays an essential role in our lives, but it also represents a potential risk to our privacy since all our information is public. On the other hand, we have cyberbullying hitting many users on social media with negative or harmful comments, posts, or messages. The victim can manifest phobias, anxiety, depression, or could even end in a catastrophic event.

What happens to our old electronics?

Almost every single teenager or adult in our country owns a smartphone or at least a regular cellphone. I've been thinking about all those unfortunate families who only get to know IT equipment when settled up in those big mountains of e-waste.
