Conforming to the NIST 800-88 Rev1 standard, this report includes a detailed inventory of each drive, listing the make, model, and serial number. It also outlines the erasure method and status of each hard drive.

This document certifies the physical destruction of manually scanned hard drives, which are then recycled following the Responsible Recycling (R2v3) Standard downstream process. Upon request, we can also destroy all types of computer equipment and provide a report reflecting serial numbers, date received and disposition status.
